After a week doing a survey at the outlet, I found that the customer is very satisfy with the services and the products. These are the example form by me doing the survey.

FRANCHISE HISTORY

Ms Shida was encouraged to own her franchise after she received experience managing her best friend Cool Blog franchise in Rengit.

Later on she discussed with her brother Mr Shafiee to own thier own franchise.

She was then doing a survey at the area of Johor Bahru and proposed to Cool Blog HQ to open at Kangkar Pulai.

Staff from Cool Blog HQ came and do a survey at the area proposed to ensure the location is suitable for Cool Blog Franchise.

Once approve the agreement was signed between Ms Shida and Cool Blog.

All the renovation and equipment was prepared by the HQ.

The Franchisor need to learn about all the recipes and SOP.

While the renovation and equipment running Ms Shida need to attend a course prepared by the HQ.

Once approved the Cool Blog Franchise was hand over to them to start operation.

The franchise was launched on 22 MAY 2014.

BACKGROUND OF FRANCHISE



COOL BLOG first launched in Singapore in 2005. It is an international brand that specializes in desserts and beverages in a take-away kiosk concept. COOL BLOG aim to marry the natural fruit’s taste with the ice blended. We are the first to break new ground in Singapore and Malaysia food scene by introducing dessert and beverages with the 25 flavours and 300 products range.

COOL BLOG has outlined a three years growth plan to bring the total number of COOL BLOG outlets in Singapore and Malaysia to at least 150 outlets. This vision was achieved in year 2011. COOL BLOG has set another vision to raise the total number to 400 outlets in the coming 2 years and to be the leading and largest chain outlets in Malaysia that specialize in tea taste beverage and ice blended products. The mission of COOL BLOG is to provide customer the finest quality of dessert and beverages in the most efficient time.
